What kind of website will we get with CiviZone?
You’ll get a modern, mobile-friendly website built on a proven template we’ve customized for small towns and local organizations. We handle the setup, branding, and structure—then hand you the keys with a user-friendly editor and built-in tips.
Can we make changes to the website ourselves?
Yes! Your site is fully editable. We’ll show you how during a training session, and we include helpful instructions and editing tips built right into the admin area so your team can make changes confidently.
Will the design match our town’s brand?
Absolutely. We’ll add your logo, adjust the colors, and choose fonts that fit your community’s look and feel. If you have brand guidelines, we’ll follow them. If not, we’ll help you create a clean, consistent design.
What happens to our current website content?
We migrate the content for you—from important town documents to meeting minutes and page info, going back 1 full year. If you want to add archived data, you can do so after. We also clean it up and organize everything so it’s easier to find and manage going forward.
Do we have to switch all our tools?
Nope. If you’re using tools like Google Calendar, PayPal, or file-sharing services, we can integrate those into your new website. We don’t expect you to change systems that are already working for you.

How long will it take to launch?
Most websites are launched within 30-40 days. You must supply all of your content before starting. If you need it faster or have a more complex site, we’ll work out a realistic timeline together.
Do we have to host with you?
Yes. Hosting with us is required because it keeps your site secure, backed up, and fully supported. Our team monitors your site and is notified immediately if any issues arise through our system, ensuring your website stays reliable and safe.
What’s included in your ongoing services?
Our ongoing services will depend on the package you choose.
Can we leave if we change our mind later?
Yes. You’re never locked in with a WordPress website and our Saas platform.
